SPA POLICY

Scheduling

• Spa appointments may be scheduled in person or over the phone during regular business hours.
• To ensure your preferred appointment times, please make sure to make your reservations several days in advance. All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.
• All spa appointments will be confirmed either by telephone or email, 48 hours in advance. Please indicate your contact preference when booking.

Changes and Cancellations

• Any change or cancellation to an appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. This gives us an opportunity to offer openings to other guests. No show and cancellations with improper notice will be charged 100% of the service amount.
• For no show appointments made with purchased gift certificates, or failure to cancel within 24 hours, the gift certificate becomes invalid.

Returns and Exchanges

• All sales are final. There are no refunds on services and packages including gift certificates. Services and packages may be exchanged for another service of equal value. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• No returns on opened product. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

Miscellaneous

• Loss or damaged property – we regret to inform you that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles brought in from outside.
• The therapists reserve the right to terminate the treatment if she feels the client’s behavior is undesirable.

• 如果是單一服務, 任何更改或取消預約必須在至少24小時前通知本店, 而多種服務的預約, 任何更改或取消預約必須在至少48小時前通知本店. 這樣可以讓我們有機會將空檔提供給其他客人. 對於沒出現和沒有正式通知的訂約, 本店將會收取100% 的服務費.
• 如果您使用禮劵, 但是沒有在訂約時間出現或未能在24小時內取消訂約,其禮劵將變成無效.

退換貨
• 所有的銷售是最終的。全部服務和配套, 包括禮券, 一律不能退還. 但是服務和配套或許可以交換到另一項同等價值的服務和配套. 禮券不能兌換現金.
• 已打開產品不能退還. 未開封的產品可以在購買日的14天內前來本店換取其他產品或領取Store Credit.

其他
• 損失或損壞的財物-本店遺憾地通知您,本店不負責任何個人物品的損失或損壞.
• 當治療師覺得客戶的行為是不可取的, 治療師保留隨時終止治療的權利 .
